How fresh the data isFluxo talks to Instagram through Meta's own login and the official Graph API. It never asks for your Instagram password, and it never scrapes — Meta does not publish follower lists, so Fluxo does not collect them. Automated replies follow Meta's messaging rules: they answer people who messaged you first, inside the window Meta allows, and stop when someone opts out.
You authorise the connection through Meta and choose the scopes. Fluxo reads and writes only what those scopes allow, and only for the features you use.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted when the connection is removed. Each account's data is isolated from every other account on the platform.
Meta's Data Deletion Request callback is implemented at /privacy/data-deletion. Removing the app or sending a request deletes the connected data; valid requests are honoured within 30 days.

We started with Instagram rather than everything at once because the integration is the product. Fluxo runs on Meta's official Graph API and is going through Advanced Access review to earn the permissions it needs. That is a slow and specific commitment, and it is the reason Fluxo can capture and score a real conversation instead of guessing at one.
